Villas with pool and in premium locations ($800K+) are charged at a special rate — only 20% from the revenue.

We do a thorough analysis of properties before we take them on for management. Not all properties can be profitable for short term rentals. In such cases, we recommend long-term rental management. Even if we have determined that your property is not favorable for short-term rental management due to objective reasons, you can still take advantage of our services by paying an additional setup fee of $499. This covers our initial setup and marketing costs for your property.

How does your revenue-share pricing work?

All our packages are charged only from the revenue. Math is simple — you make money, we make money. We generate income, manage properties, and deliver results.

What is the difference between the 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30% packages?

The 10% package is Airbnb Co-Host only. 15% adds 35+ OTA channels and marketing. 20% layers in check-in/out coordination. 30% is full management, including cleaning and maintenance.

Do you work with villas?

Yes. Premium villas ($800K+) with a pool receive a special rate — 20% from revenue for the full-service package.

What if my property is not suitable for short-term rentals?

We perform a thorough analysis first. If short-term is not a fit we recommend long-term rental management. You can still try the short-term scheme by paying a one-time $499 setup fee.
