Art Villa is a 5-bedroom luxury villa in Cap Cana — beachfront, private pool, golf-adjacent. The kind of property where the right operating standard is the difference between $200k/year and $600k/year in revenue.
Daniel Anico Taveras, the owner, wasn’t looking for a generic property manager. He was looking for a focused operator with deep DR vacation-rental expertise.
