This privacy policy describes how Complete Hospitality Management LLC ("CHM," "we," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, or work with us as a property owner, host, or web/creative client.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit one of our forms (free property analysis, co-host quote, project brief, or contact), we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Property details (city, type, bedrooms, current revenue)
  • Listing URLs or business descriptions
  • Any free-text notes you include

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit, including:

  • IP address (used in aggregate; never tied to your form submissions)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring URL (if any)

We use minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function, and a single analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4 or equivalent) that helps us understand which pages are useful.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry (free property analysis, quote, project brief)
  • Coordinate operations if you become a CHM partner
  • Send relevant follow-up communications about your specific request

We use technical/analytics information to:

  • Improve site performance
  • Understand which content owners and hosts find useful
  • Identify and prevent abuse

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information to third parties.
  • We do not share your information with marketing partners.
  • We do not use your information for ad targeting outside of basic CHM marketing to people who have already engaged with us.
  • We do not store financial information (payment data is handled by our payment processors — Stripe, Square, or local DR providers — and never touches our systems).

4. How long we keep your information

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you become a CHM partner (in which case operational data is retained for the duration of our relationship plus seven years for tax/legal compliance).

You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7 below.

5. Service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the business. Each is bound by their own privacy practices:

  • Make.com (form-routing infrastructure)
  • Google Analytics 4 (anonymized site analytics)
  • Stripe / Square / Azul (payment processing for CHM partners)
  • Channel managers (Hostfully, Hostaway, or similar — for CHM partners only)
  • Slack / WhatsApp / Email (operational communication)

None of these providers receive more information than is necessary for the function we use them for.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Object to certain processing
  • Receive your information in a portable format

7. Cookies

Our site uses:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, anonymized

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or social media tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality (analytics will simply not register your visit).

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

CHM operates from the Dominican Republic (operations) and the United States (legal entity). Your information may be processed in either jurisdiction. By submitting information through our forms, you consent to this international processing.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Material changes will be communicated to active partners directly.
