These Terms govern your use of completehospitalitymanagement.com (the "Site") operated by Complete Hospitality Management LLC ("CHM," "we," "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the marketing site only. Property management, co-hosting, and web/creative engagements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements signed at the start of any partnership.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes — reviewing our services, submitting forms to start a conversation, reading resources and case studies. You may not:
- Use the Site to violate any law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' experience
- Send unsolicited commercial messages to email addresses or contact methods listed on the Site
2. Forms and inquiries
Submitting a form (free property analysis, co-host quote, project brief, or contact) does not create a contract or binding obligation on either party. Your submission is an inquiry — we'll review and respond within the timelines indicated, but engagement (becoming a CHM partner) requires a separate signed Master Service Agreement.
The information you submit becomes subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. Free property analysis
The "free property analysis" we offer is provided without charge or obligation. The analysis represents our professional opinion based on information you provide and our market knowledge — it is not a guarantee of revenue, occupancy, or any specific outcome. Future performance depends on factors outside our control (market conditions, weather, regulation, your property's condition, guest behavior, etc.).
Projections and recommended pricing in our analysis are estimates. Actual results vary.
4. Content ownership
Our content
All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, design, code — is owned by CHM or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limited exceptions: you may share links to our pages, quote brief excerpts in commentary or reviews (with attribution), and use information for personal, non-commercial reference.
Your content
Information you submit through forms remains yours. By submitting, you grant CHM a non-exclusive license to use the information for the purpose stated (responding to your inquiry, providing services if you engage us).
5. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CHM makes no representations or warranties:
- That the Site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
- That information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current
- That market data, ADR/occupancy figures, or projections shown are guarantees
- That any specific service outcome will be achieved
Case studies and testimonials reflect specific results for specific properties and do not predict future results for your property.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site (excluding signed services agreements) is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the previous 12 months. For Site-only use without a partnership, this means our liability is effectively zero.
Service-related liability is governed by the Master Service Agreement signed at the start of any CHM partnership.
7. Third-party content
The Site may link to third-party websites (OTA platforms, partner businesses, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
For CHM partners with signed Master Service Agreements, jurisdiction may be different — see your specific agreement.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
